David Clark, AIA, is a Principal at LS3P and has built his career in Charleston, a city where architecture is part of everyday life. A 1995 graduate of Mississippi State University’s College of Architecture, David joined LS3P in 1998 after being recognized for his talent while sketching in Charleston’s historic district. Since then, he has led complex mixed-use projects encompassing residential, service, and hospitality components for both public and private sector clients.
David’s leadership and dedication to the profession have earned him the AIA Young Architect Award (2010) and Mississippi State University’s Art and Design Alumni of the Year Award (2011). He has served as President of AIA Charleston, AIA Young Architect South Atlantic Region Director, and Advisory Board member for MSU’s School of Architecture. In the community, he has been President of the Historic Rotary Club of Charleston and currently serves as Board Chair for Communities in Schools of Charleston.
